Well, here we are.
Here I am, sitting at home, waiting for things to happen. There you are, reading this. We’re all just so expectant. I wish I had something more exciting to report. *sigh*
Hello, anyway. Welcome. What do you think of the place? I’m still fixing it up. There will be more pictures soon. Hopefully. Thanks for stopping by.
To catch you up, I’m traveling abroad to study Classical Acting at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art this fall semester (or term, as I’m told they say over the pond). I’ll be staying in a little studio apartment all my own, riding the Underground every morning at 9:45 and every evening at 5:30, cooking my own meals, memorizing lots of Shakespeare, and traveling about town and beyond. My goal is to document all my adventures (mundane or otherwise) on here, and when the term ends, simply convert this back into a regular blog for the remainder of my college years.
I don’t fly out until September 5th, and my classes don’t officially start until September 12th, so until then I’m afraid we’ll all just have to sit here, quietly expectant.
Oh! Forgot to mention. The street I’ll be living on is called Paddenswick Road, hence the title of this blog.
Sorry. You can go. Come back anytime.
